Most of our clients aren't. We're fully insured, police-checked, and used to working from a key, lockbox, or smart-lock code. If you'd prefer to be home, that's just as welcome.
Tell us within 7 days and we'll come back and make it right at no cost. Our quality guarantee is real, and it almost never gets used, because we walk through every clean with you (or send photos) to make sure it's right before we leave.
Yes. Every product, cloth, vacuum and the industrial-strength air purifier travel with our team. You don't need to supply or store a thing. If you have a product you love, we're happy to use it too.
Most homes are quoted within one business day and booked within the week. The Reset and one-off cleans are often available even sooner. Recurring slots are limited, so once your time is yours, it's yours.
Never. Recurring clients can pause, reschedule or cancel any time, with no lock-in. We earn our spot in your home every visit.
Yes. We offer turnover cleans, fresh-linen swaps and damage reporting between guests. Just let us know your platform (Airbnb, Stayz, etc.) and we'll tailor the checklist.
