Privacy Policy
Last updated 17 September 2026. This policy explains how Kind Cleaning Co collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
Who we are
Kind Cleaning Co is a family-owned residential cleaning business operating on the Gold Coast & surrounds. This policy applies to personal information collected through kindcleaningco.com.au and in the course of quoting, booking and delivering our cleaning services.
What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and deliver a clean. Depending on how you get in touch, this may include:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your suburb or address, so we can quote and schedule a clean
- Details about the service you're after and any notes you share about your home
- Any other information you choose to include in a quote request, email or phone call
We don't use tracking or advertising cookies on this site, and we don't run analytics that identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Respond to quote requests and enquiries
- Schedule, deliver and follow up on cleaning services
- Send you booking-related communication, such as confirmations or reminders
- Improve how we run the business and the service we provide
We won't use your details for marketing you haven't asked for, and we never sell your information to anyone.
How we store and protect it
Quote enquiries submitted through this site are sent to us by email via Resend, a transactional email provider, and stored in our business email and booking records. We keep access to this information limited to the people who need it to run Kind Cleaning Co, and we don't share it with third parties except where needed to deliver our service (for example, a cleaning team member attending your home) or where we're required to by law.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time. If you have a concern about how we've handled your information that we haven't been able to resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
